NOW HIRING: Part-Time General Office Clerk
We are looking for an energetic applicant to join our team!
Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Being organized and able to multi-task is a necessity. Clerical duties consist of, but not limited to, incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing, typing, arranging travel, follow through with fundraising activities, assistance with financial and other record keeping, message recording, as well as assistance with housekeeping/kitchen help duties.
Applicants must be Word and Excel proficient, QuickBooks knowledge would be helpful, knowledgeable about office equipment and should be able to troubleshoot issues and assist staff, maintaining Board agenda's, minutes, and documents. Willing to be trained, lift up to 50 lbs., and work with children. Applicant will need to pass a background check and TB clearance.
